Larger projects are split into milestones with an estimated timeline agreed before work begins. Recurring publishing, campaign checks, and maintenance follow the agreed schedule within overall capacity.

How quickly does work get done?

We estimate timing before a request begins and keep progress visible. Complexity changes the timeline. Larger projects are broken into milestones with a schedule agreed before work starts. The EDM launch below is one project record, not a promise for every request.

What does unlimited requests mean?

You can add unlimited requests to the queue. Core has one active request at a time; Plus has two. Revisions use that active capacity. Recurring publishing, campaign checks, and maintenance follow the agreed schedule within overall capacity.

Do you shoot or film on site?

Our subscription is built around post-production using client-provided footage and recordings. Filming, on-site shoots, crew, equipment, and live production are not included.

What is billed separately?

Ad spend, travel, external services, client-specific subscriptions, and substantial third-party usage costs are agreed upfront and billed separately. We do not guarantee SEO rankings, revenue, or ad results.

Can we meet in person?

The complimentary short consultation can be remote or arranged in person anywhere in the Miami area. The included 60-minute onboarding can also happen remotely or in person in Miami. Weekly touchpoints are remote unless agreed otherwise.

How do subscriptions and systems projects work?

Subscriptions start with an initial paid month, then continue month to month. Cancel before the next renewal.
